Outdoor Summer Minis Registration Form 

Please fill out the form below. Upon completion, one of our representatives will email you
specific times and dates to select for your 30-min photoshoot.
Once confirmed, an electronic invoice will be sent to collect the payment to reserve your space.
​Payments must be made in order to secure your spot. 
Please be advised that this event is weather permitting and may need to be rescheduled if necessary.
One session per family.  Offer valid until August 31st 2023.

Terms and Conditions

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy.  If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less
​than 48 hours notice, no refunds will be given.  Appointment only.  No drop-ins please.
